Things To DoThings To Do

The Wedding Website of Holly Nicole Robbins and Logan Hunter Jones
The wedding festivities will take place on Captiva. Everything on Sanibel and Captiva is very casual and everyone is on "island time." These are some of our favorite things to do/see/eat/drink. Listed them from West (Captiva) to East (Sanibel). Enjoy!

Captiva Farmer's MarketCaptiva Farmer's Market

5400 South Seas Plantation Road, Captiva, FL

Tuesdays from 9am to 1pm. This is right outside of South Seas Resort. It has a lot of the same vendors as the Sanibel Farmer's Market but smaller.

YOLO Watersports, Inc.YOLO Watersports, Inc.

11534 Andy Rosse Lane, Captiva, FL 33924

Rent bikes, e-bikes and golf carts from YOLO if you're staying on Captiva. They are located near the public beach access where you can also rent beach accessories (parasailing anyone?).

Boop's Ice Cream Parlor & CaféBoop's Ice Cream Parlor & Café

15001 Captiva Drive, Captiva, FL 33924

This is probably the best coffee spot (there is one Starbucks at the entrance of South Seas). Boops also has pastries, breakfast sandwiches, shakes and the iconic Bubble Room cakes.

The Bubble Room RestaurantThe Bubble Room Restaurant

15001 Captiva Drive, Captiva, FL 33924

A Captiva staple! Big portions, the BEST desserts, colorful and kitschy restaurant. Expect long waits.

Captiva CruisesCaptiva Cruises

11401 Andy Rosse Lane, Captiva, FL 33924

Get out on the water! You can enjoy a guided cruise on one of their larger boats but one of our favorite things to do is to rent a boat for the day. You'll get a map and can stop at the various islands along the way - highly recommend lunch at Cabbage Key! It's totally remote and true island life.

The Mucky Duck RestaurantThe Mucky Duck Restaurant

11546 Andy Rosse Lane, Captiva, FL 33924

The Mucky Duck is another staple on Captiva! It's currently closed due to Hurricane Helene and Milton but they plan to rebuild in 2025. This is a casual beach spot with delicious bbq shrimp, cold beer and beach access. Highly recommend you catch the sunset here. Be prepared for a long wait!

Keylime BistroKeylime Bistro

11509 Andy Rosse Lane, Captiva, FL 33924

A Holly favorite. Dine outside on the patio and listen to live music. Save room for the Key Lime Pie... it's the best.

Jensen's Twin Palm Cottages & Marina ResortJensen's Twin Palm Cottages & Marina Resort

15107 Captiva Drive, Captiva, FL 33924

This is a historic fisherman's getaway. You can stay in their cottages but also rent boats for the day or get a guide to take you fishing. The manatees LOVE hanging out at the marina here.

The Green Flash RestaurantThe Green Flash Restaurant

15183 Captiva Drive, Captiva, FL 33924

Delicious restaurant that overlooks the bay. Lori Robbins (Holly's mom) favorite! Highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp and dirty martinis.

J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife RefugeJ.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge

1 Wildlife Drive, Sanibel, FL 33957

You can bike all around Ding Darling, fish or drive through the park. Small fee. Best time of day is high/low tides. Keep your eye out for alligators, roseate spoonbills, white pelicans and more!

Rosalita's Cantina SanibelRosalita's Cantina Sanibel

Best Mexican food on the island (although it's no Chuy's!). Logan and Holly are excited to host the welcome party here. Margaritas on us!
