Where is parking by the venue?

Answer

While we love our venue, parking can be a little tricky. The parking lots around Iowa Taproom are for other businesses. There is limited street parking. The closest public lot is at: E Court Ave & 2nd Street There is a ramp located 2 blocks away at: 402 E 2nd Street, Des Moines, IA 50309. There is another ramp located 3-4 blocks away (by Zombie Burger) at: 555 E 4th Street, Des Moines, IA 50309

Will Dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes, buffet style dinner will be served at the reception.

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We have a set limit for open bar, it may later turn to a cash bar.

What is the attire?

Answer

Whatever you feel most comfortable in! Most will probably come in slacks/dress shirts or summer dresses/formal dresses. I would lean towards semi-formal to formal, but please be comfortable. It will be hot and humid this time of year in Iowa.
