If you are staying in an Airbnb, you are welcome to meet at any of the designated pick-up locations. 🚗 Parking Reminder: If you plan to drive and park at a pick-up location, please plan ahead to check for parking availability. There is parking on-site at Hotel Luna Mystica if you plan on driving to any of the events. Please note that Uber and other rideshare services are limited in smaller towns like Taos. Wait times may be longer than expected, so please plan accordingly when arranging transportation. We will have shuttles to and from the welcome party and the wedding. We highly recommend utilizing the wedding buses or coordinating rides in advance to ensure smooth travel to and from the celebration! Taos Valley Lodge
We have secured a block of rooms at the Taos Valley Lodge for our wedding guests. The special rate is $229.00 per night and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This rate will only be available until July 31st, 2025, or until the block is full. To book your room, please call the hotel directly at 575-737-0447 and mention the Kleinburd/Hogben wedding. This rate is only available by phone—online rates may differ. We recommend booking early to secure your stay. Please make sure to inquire on cancellation policy!

We have also secured a block of rooms at the Don Fernando de Taos Hotel for our wedding guests. The special rates are: $169 per night for a King room $189 per night for a room with two double beds These rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will close out on August 3rd, 2025. For those looking to stay in the heart of Taos, Hotel La Fonda de Taos is a great choice. While they do not offer special group rates, you can view all room types and pricing on their website and book directly. Click the VIEW button to see available options. For those looking to stay as a group or as couples, Airbnb is a great option! There are many wonderful rentals available in and around Taos. Please note that shuttles will pick up only at designated hotels (more information to come on pick-up locations). If you plan to use the complimentary wedding transportation, be sure to arrange for a way to get to one of the designated hotels for pickup and drop-off. We recommend booking an airbnb within walking distance of either Taos Plaza, or one of the above-listed hotels.

Camping & Camp RV Rentals
If you're interested in a unique stay, Hotel Luna Mystica offers FREE onsite camping (Friday at 3 pm through Sunday at 11 am), for tents, RVs, vans, and other vehicles. You do not need to call to reserve anything if you choose to camp, simply show up and claim your spot! There is plenty of room for everyone. If you plan on arriving before Friday and want to camp, you will need to call and make a reservation. For those who might want to rent an RV we recommend searching Albuquerque, or whichever airport you fly into, on any of the below websites. Santa Fe Airport
The closest airport to Taos is the Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF). It is approximately 1.5 hours away. While it is a smaller airport, both American Airlines and United Airlines operate flights in and out of Santa Fe. For those needing transportation from the airport, there is a shuttle service available. You can find more details about this option under our Shuttle Information section. ✈️🎉

Albuquerque Airport
In addition to Santa Fe Regional Airport, Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is another option for travelers. While it is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes from Taos, it offers a wider range of flight options with service from most major airlines, including: Southwest Airlines American Airlines Delta Airlines United Airlines Alaska Airlines Advanced Air For those flying into Albuquerque, you may want to look into rental cars or shuttle services for the drive to Taos. In addition to New Mexico Airports, Colorado Springs (COS) is another option for travelers. While it is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes from Taos, it offers a wider range of flight options with service from most major airlines, including: Southwest Airlines American Airlines Delta Airlines United Airlines Allegiant Airlines For those flying into Colorado Springs a rental car will be necessary. Hertz and Enterprise both appear to have rental services in the Airport ✈️🎉

Flying into Denver International Airport (DEN) Denver International Airport (DEN) is a great hub with likely the most options for airlines and flight options. It is about a 5.5-hour scenic drive to Taos, New Mexico. Rental cars are available directly at the airport, and we recommend booking ahead to ensure availability ✈️🎉
