Emily & Will will be arriving in Taos on the evening of Tuesday, September 30. Here are our tentative plans for the week if you want to join us - we'll update this closer to the wedding! Wednesday: - 1:00 pm: Earthships & hot springs - text us if you're in town! - 7:30 pm: Drinks at the Social Club Thursday: - 11:00 am: Taos Ski Valley to hike, and visit the Bavarian bar - 7:00 pm: Drinks at Rolling Still Distillery Friday: - 9:30 am-12:30 pm mountain biking at Angel Fire Resort. There are also hiking trails if you prefer to hike! --- if you plan on renting a bike, we suggest getting there at 9 am to get your rental

Shuttle Pick Up Locations: - Taos Valley Lodge - Hotel Don Fernando - Hotel La Fonda de Taos (Taos Plaza) Shuttle Notes: - Shuttle rides take approximately 15–20 minutes from the lodges to Hotel Luna Mystica/Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership. - Hotel Luna Mystica and Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership are located next to each other. - All lodges are within a few minutes of one another. FRIDAY SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: - 6:30 pm: First pick up at lodges (est. arrival ~7:00 pm at Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership) - 7:15 pm: Second pick up at lodges (est. arrival ~7:45 pm at Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership); pick ups will continue throughout the evening as return shuttles begin - 8:00 pm: Return shuttles begin, running approx. every 30-45 minutes - 10:15 pm: Last shuttle pick up from Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership (pick ups continue from Hotel Luna Mystica, next door) - 10:45-11:30 pm: Shuttles available for pick-up from Hotel Luna Mystica - 11:30 pm: Final return shuttle back to the lodges

There will be a cash bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and NA drinks available. Local New Mexican snacks & bites will be provided. Please see shuttle details above. Shuttles will start at 6:30 pm and will be available until 11:30 pm for a final return shuttle. Please note that at 10:15 pm, we will transition the party back to Hotel Luna Mystica (across the street from Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership) and the shuttles will start picking up from there.

Semi-Formal: Suits, long/formal dresses, cocktail dresses or jumpsuits are all welcome. Our wedding is outside, so we recommend thick heels or footwear that won't sink into the ground. It also gets cold outside in the desert, so please bring a warm jacket with you!
Shuttles will pick guests up from Taos Valley Lodge, Hotel don Fernando, and Hotel la Fonda de Taos (in Taos Plaza) at 3:30 pm. Please see above for a full shuttle schedule. We will have welcome cocktails at 4:00 pm and the ceremony will start at 4:30 pm.

Emily & Will will be going to the Albequerque Balloon Fiesta on Monday evening. Feel free to join us! Globito Glow in the Village On Monday, October 6 (New Mexico Day) from 5:30-9:00 p.m., 66 Globitos will line 4th Street through the Village of Los Ranchos along a half mile stretch of the original Route 66 for a static display and glow. This FREE event is the first official event held outside of Balloon Fiesta Park and will celebrate the upcoming centennial of historic Route 66 and the 66th anniversary of the Village of Los Ranchos.
