Wedding Transportation

We have secured a large charter bus for transportation on Saturday, which will run to and from The Kilmarnock Inn and Best Western to our wedding venue. Protocols being taken to ensure the protection of each guest include temperature and symptom checks prior to boarding the bus. Wearing masks on the bus is strictly mandatory. Anyone objecting to this precaution, as outlined by The State of Virginia’s guidelines for charter buses, will be denied access to transportation. You will fill the bus from the back to the front, alternating right and left aisles each row to allow for distancing. Upon arrival to the wedding venue, there will be a sanitation station where you will have your temperature screened (if not already done upon boarding the transportation bus) and be provided hand sanitizer. Back-up masks will also be available for you. You will then board the shuttle (or walk) to the ceremony site and will be expected to wear your mask on the shuttle.

7PM: Bus leaves Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club to drop off/pick up guests 715PM: Bus arrives at Best Western to drop off/pick up guests 730PM: Bus arrives at Kilmarnock Inn to drop off/pick up guests 745PM: Bus arrives at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club to drop off/pick up guests *Repeat same schedule as above starting at 8pm and 9pm.* This will be the last bus of the night. 1045PM: Bus leaves Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club to drop off/pick up guests 11PM: Bus arrives at Best Western to drop off/pick up guests 1115PM: Bus arrives at Kilmarnock Inn to drop off/pick up guests
