Please RSVP by January 23rd, 2026. Please let us know if you will *not* be coming, as we have a limited number of accommodations and would like to give everyone ample amount of time to plan.
We will be picking/assigning rooms by family at check-in once the shuttle arrives. Info/pictures of the accommodations: https://www.sangalgano.it/
We will be having a separate celebration in Wisconsin (location TBD) after the honeymoon, so please do not feel any pressure to travel! Once we have a general guest count for Italy, we will send out a separate invite to celebrate with everyone who can't make it abroad.

(Ryan and I have to meet with the wedding planner in person before everyone comes to the venue.) The guest shuttle will be leaving from Florence. Let us know if you would like to come along/meet up with the group to start the party early! We will also be heading to the Naples area after the wedding if you would like to continue your vacation with us. Timeline to come with formal invitations.
- Summer clothes, it will be hot! There is a pool/pond at the venue. - Passports (no other visa is required at this time, but this could change) - Outlet Adaptor for Italy - An adventurous spirit! :-) Trains in Italy can sometimes be late, and the venue will truly immerse you in the countryside. Please give yourself plenty of time to get back to your departing airport after the wedding.
From my general research: Cheapest way to get there: Fly to Rome (~$800-$900) and then take the train to Grosseto (~$25) or Florence (~$15-$60) then take the bus/shuttle. Fastest way to get there: Fly to Florence or Pisa (~$1200-$1600) and then fly to Siena (~$130), then rent a car ($). Accommodations are included at the venue. Airbnbs and local Agriturissmo/Hotels are available in the area, although transportation may be difficult to find. Please let us know if you are not planning on using the included accommodations via the formal invitation or text.
