Fun fact! Costa Rica doesn’t have addresses the way we do in the United States. Costa Ricans describe locations using landmarks, directions, and distances, rather than street names and numerical addresses. If you are trying to find a place we recommend downloading the “Waze” app for GSP.

Not worry! Spanish is the main language in Costa Rica, but English is common, especially in tourist places like Manuel Antonio. People working in tourism often know some English, which helps a lot. Knowing a few basic Spanish phrases always helps though!!
