1) There will be a shuttle service available to take guests from the ceremony to the reception site in Kingfield (444 Tufts Pond Road). We recommend parking in Sugarloaf lots C-E. 2) No kids under the age of 8. If you need a babysitter, we have some local recommendations. You deserve a night out! 3) The reception will be beer and wine only, but feel bring to bring your own liquor (looking at you Uncle MIke- I expect to see the shot-ski there).
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Attire: Mountain chic
If you have not already purchased your lift ticket, please do so at the Outpost office located in the Village Center or at the hotel desk. You will need to board the Super Quad no later than 2:15pm in order for the ceremony to start promptly at 3:00pm. 3:00pm- Ceremony 3:30pm- Ceremony ends 3:30pm-4:45pm: begin Super Quad descent and load shuttles to Kingfield. Super Quad shuts down at 4:45pm. *IMPORTANT* While the quad can load every single chair going up, they can only load every third chair going down, so it will take some time getting everyone off the mountain. That being said, we will be using this time to get some group photos out of the way. After the ceremony, we ask that ALL FAMILY MEMBERS remain behind for photos. If you are not a family member or part of the wedding party, please IMMEDIATELY head to the Super Quad for downloading. As a family member, once you have been part of a photo, please immediately head to the quad. The quad shuts down at 4:45 so everyone MUST BE OFF.

Join us in Kingfield for drinks, dinner, and dancing! *Shuttles will be running from 3-6pm to bring people to Kingfield and then again from 10pm-1am to bring people back to Sugarloaf. There will be lots of parking along Tufts Pond Rd for those that would prefer to drive themselves. PLEASE USE THE SHUTTLE IF YOU PLAN ON DRINKING AND DO NOT HAVE A DESIGNATED DRIVER. AIn't nobody got time for an OUI*

If you are staying at the Sugarloaf hotel, breakfast/brunch is included. If you didn't stay at the hotel it's worth it. A chance to send off the new couple into married life bright eyed and bushy tailed with a waffle and a smile! JK we all know brunch is your attempt to cure your hangover before limping back down 27 South on your way home.
