This is where the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held. You can book rooms using the discounted group room rate by contacting the reservations line at 1-800-THE-OMNI and referencing the “Brownstead/Refugia Wedding” OR you can use the weblink below. The group rate is available three days pre and post the event date based on availability. https://bookings.omnihotels.com/event/orlando-championsgate/brownstead-refugia-wedding-guestrooms The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is September 4, 2025. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Flight

MCO and SFB

If choosing to fly, Orlando has two main airports. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes from the Omni Resort, and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is about an hour from the Omni Resort.
