Walt Disney World® Resort

FL

Of course, if you know us, you know this would be our #1 recommendation! It's a place filled with magic that brings joy to our hearts. That's why it was also the place we got engaged! Walt Disney World Orlando boasts four different parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT) and two water parks that truly have something for everyone. During the Fall, EPCOT will be hosting its' annual Food and Wine Festival with free concerts on select nights. In addition, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will take place on select nights at Magic Kingdom during this time.

Universal Studios Florida

6000 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819

Universal Studios is home to two parks, Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure, as well as their iconic waterpark, Volcano Bay. In addition to some of our usual favorites here like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Jurassic World VelociCoaster, Universal Studios will also be hosting their Halloween Horror Nights during the spooky season in October 2025 for those looking for a thrill.

Disney Springs

1486 Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) is the perfect place to "discover an eclectic mix of unique shops, one-of-a-kind restaurants and lively entertainment." It is free to park and explore Disney Springs. Some of our favorite restaurants here include The Boathouse, Wine Bar George, and Raglan Road (though we haven't tried Chef art Smith's Homecomin' yet!). Stop by Gideon's Bakehouse for a giant cookie or Ghirardelli Soda Fountain for ice cream afterwards. We also love that there is live music ALL OVER Disney Springs on the weekends in the evenings.

Mills 50 District

946 North Mills Avenue, Orlando, FL 32803

Directly north of downtown, Orlando’s Mills 50 District has more MICHELIN Guide restaurants, striking murals, and Asian American and Pacific Islander influence than any other part of The City Beautiful. Several live music venues can also be found here.

Golf at The Omni ChampionsGate Resort

1500 Masters Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896

The 36 holes of world-class golf at ChampionsGate were designed to offer golfers a blend of traditional and modern elements, creating a truly unique experience, and one of the best golf courses in Orlando, Florida. In addition to championship golf, the resort also features 18-holes of miniature golf. Eagles Edge at ChampionsGate: Immerse yourself with 30 state-of-the-art hitting bays featuring Toptracer technology (think TopGolf). You can compete against friends, play virtual courses, see your shot trace, and receive instant stats while taking in delicious food and drink. Check out more at https://www.eaglesedgeorl.com.

SeaWorld Orlando

7007 Sea World Drive, Orlando, FL 32821

Besides the aquatic creatures you may associate with SeaWorld, SeaWorld Orlando has actually shifted their focus to developing thrill rides. It now boasts 8 rollercoasters including Mako, Orlando's tallest rollercoaster.
