We’re getting married!

Our story begins like most millennials with a serendipitous match on Tinder, a series of dates at trendy cocktail bars and restaurants, and then we knew we’d never have to swipe again…just kidding, we met at work! We both started at PricewaterhouseCoopers (aka PwC) during the summer of 2015. Meg joined right after college and I joined after my illustrious career slinging diamonds for David Yurman and Tiffany & Co. We first met at a pre-party for the PwC Christmas party where I was actually dating someone else (awkward). Of course as destiny would have it, I became quite single after Christmas. Our relationship started more or less with me bugging Meg (and keeping her informed of company gossip) via our work chat which she’ll tell you was very annoying but I think it worked out in the end. The real turning point from friendship to relationship was when Meg took me to meet Sam, the Madza salesman who Meg and her dad had been working with for a month to trade in her cherished minivan. I knew I was her boyfriend when I was introduced as such and given the duty to take the picture of the new car, Sam and Meg (from a high angle because you know that’s artsy). Since then, we have spent the past 4 years dancing, laughing, road tripping, and facing life together. We have impacted each other’s’ lives in transformative ways. For me, my diet no longer consists of pizza and hamburger helper, it now consists of lots of vegetables and crazy concoctions from Guy’s Grocery Games. For Meg, it would be finding enjoyment in sports. I showed her that sports are another great social activity where all the skills she learned at the CI (her favorite bar at OU) are applicable. She even has a favorite saying: “Another missed Ohio State pass”. Which she screams even if they run the ball…we’re getting there. That’s how we met and as we take this next step in our life I couldn’t be happier to be stepping into it with Meg. We're hoping to celebrate our love with all of you in 2021!
