Getting to the Event 2:45 PM – Ferry Terminal Pickup: Shuttles will meet the 2:05 PM ferry arriving from Seattle. (Note: We will be tracking the ferry, so don't panic if it's running a few minutes late!) A gentle reminder: Please plan to arrive at the Seattle terminal early. If you miss the 2:05 PM ferry, you will unfortunately miss the ceremony, which begins promptly at 4:00 PM! 3:00 PM – Marshall Suites Pickup 3:30 PM – Arrival at CC Running late? The shuttles will make a quick loop back to the Marshall Suites to grab anyone who missed the first run. Need to head back early? From 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, an on-demand shuttle to Winslow is available anytime. Just let one of our coordinators know! Getting Home 9:30 PM: Departs for the 10:00 PM ferry & Marshall Suites 10:45 PM: Departs for Marshall Suites & the 11:30 PM ferry 12:25 AM: Final departure from the house for the 12:55 AM ferry & Marshall Suites Please note: Shuttle times might shift slightly as we finalize our headcounts, but we will let you know of any major changes.

If you are staying on the island and your accommodation is not near the Ferry Terminal or Marshall Suites, we have you covered! We have hired a designated driver, available from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM, specifically to handle your round-trip transportation. Getting to the Wedding: Please contact Bea at 954-736-7848 ahead of time to schedule your pickup window. Getting Home: The driver will be on standby until 1:00 AM to take you safely back to your Airbnb. There is no need to lock in a specific departure time—just head out whenever you are ready to call it a night! (Please keep in mind there might be a short wait if the driver is actively on another run).

Bainbridge/Seattle Stay Recommendations
We are so incredibly excited and grateful to have you join us for our wedding! We know that many of you are traveling from far away to be here, and it means the world to us. We recommend staying in Seattle walking distance to the ferry or on Bainbridge Island near the venue. Please note that the Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry is the best way to travel to Bainbridge from Seattle. The ferry departs from Pier 52 in downtown Seattle and the crossing time is 35 minutes. The drive to the Country Club from the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal is about 15 minutes.

Tips for ferry travel
If you choose to stay in Seattle, we highly recommend walking onto the ferry. Car space is limited and fills up quickly on weekends. Shuttle service will be provided between the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal and the wedding venue. Please plan to arrive at the ferry terminal well in advance of your desired departure time as ferries depart only about once every hour. STAYING IN SEATTLE
For those visiting the Pacific Northwest for the first time, staying in downtown Seattle is a great option! We recommend staying in a hotel that is walking distance to the ferry. If you are unfamiliar with the ferry system, it's completely possible to travel back and forth for all wedding events but it does require a bit of extra planning.

Staying on Bainbridge Island
For those who wish to stay on the island, we highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible as hotels and rentals fill up very quickly! We have listed some recommended hotels below, but Airbnb is also a great option. There are plenty of beautiful rental properties available on Bainbridge. Important Shuttle Note: If you plan to stay in Airbnb or a hotel that is not on our recommended list, please check in with us! We will need to confirm if your location can be added to the shuttle route for the wedding night. Taxi service and ride share are not reliable on the island.
