When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Country Club of Seattle on Bainbridge Island.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 3:15 PM to find a seat and get settled. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, with the reception to follow. A full timeline will be available closer to our wedding date.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is summer formal. We suggest suits for gentlemen and long formal dresses for ladies. As it's a summer celebration, summery colors are highly encouraged! Above all, we want you to wear whatever makes you feel great and beautiful for our special day. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will be outdoors on the Country Club lawn. It can get a little chilly by the water in the evening so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We respectfully request that attendance be limited to the guests formally addressed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

What are the best transportation options to and from the venue?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service with pickup locations at the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal as well as the recommended hotels on the island. The shuttle will also be available to take you back to the ferry or your hotel at the end of the night. We will share a more detailed schedule closer to the wedding date. If you are driving, there will be plenty of complimentary parking at the Country Club. Please be aware that there are very limited number of taxis and Uber / Lyft are not reliable on the island.

Where should I start for hotel accommodations?

Answer

We have provided a list of recommended hotels for Seattle and Bainbridge Island on our Travel page. In Seattle: We've suggested hotels located near the ferry terminal for convenient travel. On Bainbridge Island: As transportation is limited, we have recommended accommodations that will be part of our shuttle service. Of course, please feel free to book any accommodation that works best for you. Important Shuttle Note: If you plan to stay on Bainbridge Island at a location not on our list and wish to use the shuttle, please contact Henry or Bea to see if your spot can be added to the route.

I already know I can't make it. What should I do?

Answer

We will be so sad to miss you! While we would love for everyone to be there on our big day, we completely understand that it's not going to be possible for everyone. If you already know you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you'd let us know as soon as you can.
