The resort is all-inclusive! Grand Palladium R.M. is 4 hotels on one property. TRS Yucatan is adults-only, the other 3 are family friendly! We chose GP White Sand as our kid-friendly option since it's closest to TRS. White sands is more economical, and still has an adults-only pool! TRS guests have access to all 4 hotels, and guests at White Sand have access to all except TRS. We will stay in TRS but will spend most of our time at the other 3 hotels! Colectivos!

Colectivos are public shared taxis that run from Playa del Carmen to Tulum, supposedly all day and night! They are generally air conditioned mini vans and you can find the bus stop if you exit the resort from the Colonial Lobby. If you are traveling South to Tulum be sure to go through the tunnel under the roadway so you don't have to cross the highway! Ask staff in the Colonial Lobby for assistance if needed. Colectivo rates are said to be 20-40 pesos per person, or $1-2 USD each way! Private taxis are also available by request at the hotel!

Passports

You will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico! Infants and children included. Additionally, passports must be valid for 6 months PAST your travel dates. Plan early if you need to renew or apply for a new passport, it’s not always a short process!
