We met aged 16 and 17, through the UK's national science competition. The biggest prize we both walked away with were each other's contact information, which initiated a friendship that gradually turned into something more. 13 years later we have been through school graduations, two undergraduate degrees, three master's degrees, one PhD, five years of long distance, multiple international and cross-country moves, at least seven jobs, buying our first flat together, and adopting and losing pets. We've explored 13 countries together, been through a global pandemic, and survived the unmeasurable loss of far too many loved ones. Our relationship has been the one constant throughout. After all this time, we have finally decided to celebrate our love for each other with all of our closest family and friends by our side. We are so grateful for all of your love, support, and for those of you who will travel near and far to celebrate with us.
