Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

June 20, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm

We will have a shuttle running throughout the night. The shuttle will depart at 3:00pm to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will then restart at 7 and continue rounds for the rest of the evening. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 9:45, as we need to be out by 10. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the location of the after-party. (UPP Liquids: 550 SW Industrial Way #185, Bend, OR 97702) It would be best to Uber, but you can pay for day parking at the hotel across the street, find street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods (pay attention to parking zones), or there is free day parking at the Old Mill, roughly a half mile walk from UPP.

Redmond Municipal Airport

Redmond is about 20 minutes outside of Bend and is our closest airport. There are car rental options from the airport and hotels nearby for any late or early flights that have shuttles.

Portland International Airport

Portland is about 3 hours North of Bend and is often cheaper when flying in and out of Pittsburgh.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

Seattle is about 5 hours and 40 minutes North of Bend.

Springhill Suites

We have rooms blocked out for Thursday-Sunday. Please call the Hotel if you would like to book for less than three nights and mention the Auchterlonie/Heher Wedding block. The shuttle will be picking up/dropping off guests here. It is also about a quarter mile walk to our after party.
