We will be having some local Bend beer at Bend Brewing Co. in their grassy area by the river. Dinner options are available at the brewery

Friday Morning Coffee

9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Come and enjoy coffee and pastries on the river with us

We will be providing coffee and pastries Parking can be limited on this side of the river. Another parking option is at River Bend Park (799 SW Columbia St, Bend, OR 97702) on the other side of the river, where there is a large parking lot. Park here and go west down the River Trail, where you will quickly be able to cross the bridge that leads to the shelter. Please feel free to call if you are having difficulty finding your way.

Shuttle

3:00 pm - 9:30 pm

We will have a shuttle running throughout the night. The shuttle will depart at 3:00pm to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will then restart at 7 and continue rounds for the rest of the evening. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 9:45, as we need to be out by 10. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the hotel we have rooms blocked off. The after-party is directly across the street from this location.
