Chalet View Lodge

All of our wedding festivities will be happening at Chalet View Lodge, which has plenty of rooms for everyone - so you can stay steps away from the action. While there are other hotels nearby, we’ll have the whole resort to ourselves, and we’d really love for everyone to stay on-site at least for the wedding night - it’ll make everything easier (and way more fun!). Plus, Ubers are scarce out here, so getting to and from other places could be tricky after hours. Depending on the night and room type, budget for $185-385/night for a 2 person room and $285-335/night for a 4 person room, plus fees and taxes. Flight

San Francisco or Reno

Reno-Tahoe International Airport is the closest airport, which is about 1 hour away. San Fransisco International Airport is the scenic route - 4-4.5 hours from the venue but includes a drive over The Golden Gate Bridge, a cruise through Napa Valley, a quick stop in Sacramento and a jaunt through the Tahoe National Forest. The best NorCal has to offer in one drive!

Rental Car

Best bet: rent a car (and share with friends if you can!)
