Best Man
Mike and I met through our mutual time in service in the United States Air Force and a love for playing cards. We've maintained our friendship for nearly 20 years, always being there for each other whether it be meeting up during travels or just to talk. When it came time to choose my best man, there could be no other choice. P.S. I'm still better than him at poker
Matron of Honor
We met in the Fernley Klazzic Kruizers in 2018 and became close friends over the years. We always seem to be going on some type of adventure whether its me running errands with her or going off into the desert to explore. I am grateful to have a met a great friend like her since moving to Nevada and so happy she will stand with me as I celebrate one of the best days of my life.
Groomsman
Dan was the first person I really met when I joined the Fernley Klazzic Kruizers in 2018 as we joined at the same time. Over the years we've enjoyed car shows together, helping each other with our cars, and growing closer with his wife Rebecca and daughter Samantha. It will be great having him and his cherry 1948 Chevy named "They Grey Lady" in our wedding.
Bridesmaid
Another member of the Kruizers I became close friends with over the years. We always seem to pair up at events where she is the life of the party to enjoy a cocktail and talk about life. She is such a thoughtful friend who never misses an opportunity to send me well wishes on important days to let me know she is thinking of me. I am grateful for our long chats and laughs we have shared over the years. I'm glad she is going to stand with me on our special day.
Groomsman
Chris and I have grown close through our mutual membership in the Fernley Klazzic Kruizers. Through the course of attending shows, BBQ's, parties and other gatherings, we've found a lot in common and I've come to call him a great friend. I'm glad he agreed to be part of our special day
Bridesmaid
Another Kruizer friend who over the last few years our friendship has grown. She is a great friend and mentor to me and I appreciate the motherly advice she gives me. She has been a motivating force in my life and has instilled confidence in the goals I want to achieve. I am grateful to have her in my life and that she can be apart of our special day.
Groomsman
Joseph is my first sibling and as a result my first "baby brother." Though we may have lived apart for much of our life, we maintain contact and I have always felt close with him. He's always had the biggest heart and done a lot to help the family. I've enjoyed watching him flourish in great career and become a great man. I could not be more proud and honored to have him be a part of my wedding.
Bridesmaid
Another Kruizer car club friend. At my first Fourth of July show working the raffles she welcomed me in with open arms and made me feel apart of the club. She has always been so kind and friendly to me over the years. I am grateful for her friendship and sad she will be moving away in about a year. I'm happy she will be standing with me on our wedding day.
Groomsman
Chris "Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigalo" Dodson...aka the most handsome man in Targeting. Chris and I met through our mutual involvement in my career field. Upon meeting him I immediately knew I wanted to cultivate a collaborative relationship. That relationship has turned from professional to one that is also personal and I am honored to be able to call him a friend. His son Ashton has graciously accepted to be our ring bearer, and I am thrilled to have him be a part of our special day.
Flower Girl
Sam is our honorary niece as we have known her since she was one week old. This beautiful four year old keeps us on our toes and we love spending time with her. We are grateful to be Aunt Heather and Uncle Frank to this darling girl.
Ring Bearer
Ashton is the second youngest of five siblings and a member of the Dodson family. As a sweet boy who is thoughtful and one day aspires to be a pilot, we could think of no better person to be our ring bearer.
Mother of the Groom
My mother Madeline is one half of the man I am today. Through the ups and downs, twists and turns of childhood, she guided me in as best as a stubborn son would allow. But evidently it was good enough because I would not be where I am today if not for her upbringing, input, and love that she imparted. Thank you for coming to my wedding mom, it would not be complete without you.
Father of the Groom
The second half to producing the man I am today. My sense of duty and service and love of cars stems from him. From all of the air shows and military themed events you took me to, to the time spent in the garage, drag strip and car shows, to the witty dad jokes...as Heather routinely says "I am my father's son." Thank you for inspiring and advising me, and for coming to my wedding. It would not complete without you being here.
Stepmother of the Groom
From the moment Kim came into our lives, she treated us like her kids. I've known nothing but unconditional love from her, and have seen nothing but happiness in my father's life. Her love of Elvis and things retro is the icing on the cake, and she's one cool step-mom. I am thrilled to have her attend out wedding and hope we can show her a good time.
Honorary Father of the Bride
Jerry was the first person I met when I moved to Nevada. He welcomed me in and made me feel apart of the Fallon Naval Community. As my own Father passed away 15 years ago I approached Jerry about being my honorary Father of the Bride and he humbly accepted. I'm grateful he will be apart of our special day in such a big way.
