What's my best option for lodging?

Answer

We've sent you a few onsite lodging options we've reserved within Silver Falls State Park. There's lots of info on them under the RSVP or Schedule sections. If none of these options are quite right for you, we recommend looking for an AirBnB in Sublimity, Aumsville, or Silverton. There is also an upscale resort in Silverton called Oregon Garden Resort. Most other nearby acommodations are fully booked out, so we recommend making your plans/reservations ASAP!!

When shall I arrive & depart?

You're welcome to arrive onsite during the day prior to Ceremony & Reception Friday night. Please see our Home Page intro for more details on that. If you want to stay on for Saturday play-day and Saturday night art vigil, we'd love more time with you! We need to be fully checked out of all venues by 11am Sunday!

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” we've included a plus one in our numbers. If not, and you have a partner you want to bring, please reach out to us, to let us know.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In mid-August in this part of Oregon, it's likely to be hot! Though about 5-10 degrees cooler at Silver Falls than in surrounding regions. Being Oregon, there could always be a rainy day! We have indoor and outdoor spaces at the venue, please bring layers to be comfortable, regardless. There may be a fire ban, but we're able to use gas powered fires at night. Please use care, and follow all fire ban protocol.
