Hiking attire
A spectacular congregation of many waterfall giants, Silver Falls offers hikes along fern gullies & mossy rock walls, under the canopy of cedars, firs, and maples, and behind veils of cascading water. Please join us at the South Falls trailhead for a hike of whatever length you choose. Whether you'd like to make a short 30 minute round trip jaunt to South Falls and back; a modest 2.8 mile loop behind two falls; or an afternoon of it with a 4.8 mile loop and seven falls, we'd love to commune with the waters, the plants, and you in this amazing place. Please meet at the South Falls trailhead to set out together, and return at whatever pace feels good! Wear your hiking or walking shoes, weather appropriate layers, water & snacks. The initial hike down to South Falls and back up is a touch steep, so for children and adults who are happier on level ground, South Falls can be seen from above. Thank you waters!!!

THIS IS NOT A SPECTATOR EVENT! If you come, come to participate!!
