Things To Do

Heather grew up in Perkasie, and is please to share some of her favorite places in the surrounding area with you all! If you're looking for things to do, check out these great spots:

Spring Valley Park

1411 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454

A park with playground and walking trails not too far from the temple. A great place to go if you need a walking/playing break during the ceremony!

Menlo Park

Menlo Park, Perkasie, PA 18944

A play ground in downtown Perkasie with a historic carousel. Finding a time when the carousel is open can be hit or miss, but still a great park!

Perkasie Public Library

491 Arthur Ave, Perkasie, PA 18944

Located right next to Menlo Park, this was where Heather worked during High School! Her very first job was shelving books in the children's section.

Lenape Park & South Perkasie Covered Bridge

Constitution Avenue, Perkasie, PA 18944

A beautiful place to walk in Perkasie... with a Dairy Queen nearby. The park also is the home to one of the few remaining covered bridges in Bucks County.

The Square

123 North Main Street, Dublin, PA 18917

Great shopping, dining, and coffee in nearby Dublin, PA

Pearl S. Buck National Historic Landmark

520 Dublin Road, Perkasie, PA 18944

One of the claims to fame of small Perkasie, PA is that the author, Pearl S. Buck, lived here! You can tour her house and view the museum here in Perkasie.

Peddler's Village

100 Peddlers Village, Lahaska, PA 18931

A little out of the way, but a great spot for shopping and dining in the Bucks County countryside.

For all the days along the way
