Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special weekend with our nearest and dearest! Due to limited capcity, we plan to keep the guest list to those on the invitation. If you received a +1, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. And while we love your kids, this will be an adults-only celebration, except for attendees in our bubble brigade.

Do you have a room block at a hotel?

Answer

Yes, we have 2 hotel room blocks - one in downtown Denver and another option closer to the venue in Lakewood. You can find more information on their price and amenities from the "Travel Info" tab above. Please book by May 27th.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotels?

Answer

Yes, please see the Travel Info page for departure times and more details. If you plan to take the shuttle, please be sure to confirm with your RSVP.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal attire // mountain chic encouraged Mountain chic isn’t cowboy or western themed. We envision mountain chic as wildflower inspired, bolo ties or colonel ribbon ties as alternatives to traditional ties, classy or elevated fringe, embroidery, etc. If in doubt, please dress in semi-floral attire :) It's going to be one hell of a party so use it as an excuse to dress up and boogie down! Since it will most likely be hot in Denver in late June, blazers/sport coats and ties aren't required.

Are there other events that are apart of the wedding weekend that I should be aware of?

Yes! All guests are invited to our Welcome Party on Saturday, June 27 from 6-9pm at Recess Beer Garden. Click the "Schedule" tab above for more details.

How do I get downtown from Denver airport?

Answer

While the airport isn't directly next to downtown it is still super easy to get to the city! - Rental cars are available right from the airport by taking a courtesy shuttle. To locate the shuttle, follow signs for your specific rental company or "Rental Car Shuttle". Shuttles pick up from Level 5, center aisle, outside the Jeppesen Terminal, near doors 504 and 505. - Lyfts or Ubers are also available but it may be more expensive. - There is a convenient Airport Train (A line) that will take you right from the airport to Union Station downtown for $10.50 per person one-way. Once you've arrived and collected your baggage, you should locate and follow the signs for "Trains to City" or "Transit Center". Then you'll head down an escalator to the lower level where the train leaves. You will need to buy a train ticket from one of the ticket machines - a one-way ticket from the airport to Union Station is $10.50 per person. Grab your ticket and then jump on the next train! You'll ride it all the way to the last stop at Union Station where it will drop you off right downtown. Can we park at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available a short walk from the venue at Ft. Logan Middle School, located at 4000 S Lowell Blvd, Denver, CO 80236. You may leave your vehicle overnight, however they must be removed from the parking lot before 10am MDT the next day or the vehicle may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Answer

Following the short ceremony, you'll head upstairs to cocktail hour where chilled refreshments will flow like honey and a tasty selection of hors d'oeuvres will be served. But don't fill up on the apps cause our chefs will be slinging delicious pizzas and unlimited salad for dinner. And just wait till you see the desserts!
