The Church Ceremony starts at 3pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to reserve your seat and get comfortable. We kindly request that you refrain from using cell phones and/or personal cameras until the ceremony ends. Once we’ve exited the Church, feel free to take as many photos and use our hashtag #heardygotaviros

After the church ceremony, the Reception will start with Welcome Drinks and Canapés at the Marquee set up by Matilda Bay Restaurant. The outdoor cocktail area will open at 6pm. Should you arrive earlier, there is a café approximately 500m from the marquee set up called Bay Side Kitchen. We will then join you inside the Marquee for a sit down dinner at 6:30pm followed by speeches, dancing, cutting of the cake and special performances.

Join us for a casual recovery session at the Matron of Honor's house! BBQ and traditional Filipino food provided, BYO alcohol. Kids are welcome, as are your singing voices for Karaoke!
