Flight
We recommend flying through AA, depending on the flights you may fly American the whole way or transfer to Iberia, which is another international airline. You can expect a 12-14 hour flight depending on where you stop, and round trip tickets will be around 1500 a person.
Flight
Spain and beyond offer so many incredible places to explore, and we highly encourage you to make the most of your time there! For any additional flights within Spain or to nearby destinations, we recommend booking through Iberia Express, through them flying to nearby places is extremely affordable.
Travel Note
We suggest taking advantage of Madrid's excellent public transportation system. Here’s why it’s the better choice: Buses: The bus system in Madrid is fantastic, buses are reliable, frequent, and often the best way to reach more precise destinations than the metro can. Plus, buses provide a scenic way to see the city while traveling comfortably! Metro: Madrid has one of the best metro systems in Europe. It's quick, affordable, and can get you almost anywhere in the city. Taxis & Rideshares: There are plenty of taxis available, and services like Uber and Cabify work throughout the city for easy, stress-free transportation. Walking: Madrid is an incredibly walkable city, and many of the most popular attractions are within walking distance of each other.
House Or Rental
Airbnb is our go to for all of our adventures. We love airbnb and would highly recommend over a hotel stay, financially and for overall experience. Especially if you are traveling with family or a group! We would also suggest you stay near the heart of Madrid to make exploring easier transportation wise!
