Transportation to and from our wedding venue will be provided for all guests, with pickup and drop-off at The LINE Hotel. Buses will leave promptly at 4:00 PM — they cannot wait for late guests — so please plan to be in the lobby by 3:45 PM to ensure an on-time departure. For the return trip, we will offer multiple shuttle options so guests can choose what works best. An early shuttle will depart the venue at 9:00 PM for those who prefer to head back to the hotel before the reception ends. At the conclusion of the reception, buses will return guests to The LINE Hotel, while other shuttles will continue on to the after-party at Four Five Six. Please select your transportation preferences when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a special rate for our guests at The LINE Hotel. To receive the discounted rate, please be sure to book directly through the link provided. If you’d like to extend your stay beyond Thursday or Sunday, please reach out to Hayden or Bryan. We’ll gladly connect you with our hotel representative to ensure you receive the discounted rate for your entire stay. Please note: Our wedding weekend overlaps with UT’s graduation, so we highly recommend booking your room as soon as possible—hotels will fill up quickly. Additionally, the group rate will only be available until April 1, 2026, and cannot be guaranteed after that date.
