We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a special rate for our guests at The LINE Hotel. To receive the discounted rate, please be sure to book directly through the link provided. If you’d like to extend your stay beyond Thursday or Sunday, please reach out to Hayden or Bryan. We’ll gladly connect you with our hotel representative to ensure you receive the discounted rate for your entire stay. Please note: Our wedding weekend overlaps with UT’s graduation, so we highly recommend booking your room as soon as possible—hotels will fill up quickly. Additionally, the group rate will only be available until April 1, 2026, and cannot be guaranteed after that date.
Shuttle
May 9, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Transportation to and from our wedding venue will be provided for all guests, with pickup and drop-off at The LINE Hotel. The buses will leave the hotel promptly at 4:00 PM, so please be ready at least 15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. The shuttles will not be able to wait for late guests, as this would delay the rest of the day’s schedule. For the return trip, we will be offering multiple shuttle options so guests can choose what works best for them. An early shuttle will leave the venue at 9:00 PM for anyone who prefers to head back to the hotel before the reception ends. At the conclusion of the reception, additional buses will return guests to The LINE Hotel, and one bus will continue on to the after-party at Four Five Six. Please select your transportation preferences when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
