Lady Bird Lake Trail
The LINE Hotel is located on the Lady Bird Lake Trail, one of our favorite places to walk our dogs. This scenic, mostly shaded path stretches for 10 miles along the water and winds through some of Austin’s best parks. It’s perfect for a peaceful walk, a morning jog, renting kayaks, or just taking in the views.
Butler Pitch & Putt
Just a quick walk from the hotel, Butler Pitch & Putt is a casual 9-hole, par-3 golf course we love. It’s laid-back, fun for all skill levels, and the perfect place to play a round, enjoy a drink, and soak up the Austin sun! They have club rentals available, so no need to bring your own.
Congress Avenue Bats
One of Austin’s most iconic sights is just a short stroll from the hotel. Every evening at sunset, thousands of bats fly out from under the Congress Avenue Bridge. You can watch from the bridge or enjoy the view with a cocktail at P6, the rooftop bar at the LINE. We highly suggest making a reservation at P6 to secure the best spot!
Barton Springs Pool
Just 1.5 miles from The LINE, Barton Springs is one of Austin’s most iconic spots. This spring-fed pool stays a refreshing 68°F year-round and is surrounded by grassy lawns for sunbathing. We highly recommend stopping by! Entry is $9 for non-residents, or free before 8am if you’re an early riser!
