Our wedding will take place at Woodbine Mansion in Round Rock, TX. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the LINE Hotel, where we have a reserved room block. The shuttle will depart the hotel promptly at 4:00 PM. Please be ready at least 15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. The shuttles will not be able to wait on late guests, as this would delay the rest of the day’s schedule. One return shuttle will depart before the end of the reception for guests who wish to head back early. At the conclusion of the reception, one bus will return to the LINE Hotel and another will continue on to the after-party. While there is limited street parking near the venue, we highly encourage guests to take the shuttle, especially since we’ll be celebrating with an open bar.
If you will not be taking the provided shuttles, we kindly ask that you arrive at Woodbine Mansion by 4:45 PM so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins.
Yes, the dress code is Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen: Please wear a dark suit with a tie and dress shoes—no sneakers or khakis. If you’d like to wear a tuxedo, feel free! Ladies: We kindly ask for floor-length gowns or elegant evening separates
No, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the day, and we’ll be sharing photos after the wedding. Please relax, be present, and enjoy the ceremony with us!

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the LINE Hotel. To take advantage of the discounted rate, please be sure to book directly through the link in the “Accommodations” section. If you’re considering other options, here are a few additional hotels in downtown Austin.
