Alexis & Paxton met in 6th grade at Longfellow Middle School in Norman. Paxton’s dad was active duty military and they had just moved to Oklahoma from Hawaii. They’ve remained friends since then and often enjoy going to concerts together.
Brittany Boren

Alexis and Brittany met through a spam email. Both attended the University of Oklahoma and were part of an email list that was used to send a spam email to. After so many “reply all’s” the university had to shut down email service for a while, but not before a group text was made. Several people from that group got together for margaritas at Fuzzy’s which is where they made fast friends, and the rest is history. They enjoy going to concerts together and just hanging out.

Alexis and Amee met through Brittany. They share a love of brunch and margaritas. They bonded during the preparations for Brittany’s wedding back in 2019.
Kortney Hecksher

Kortney is the middle sister of the bride. They enjoy playing video games together online since Kortney lives in Indiana.
Karlee Hecksher

Karlee is the youngest sister of the bride. She is currently a college student at Purdue University Fort Wayne Campus.
Andrew Fry

Andrew and Hayden met after a very traumatic day of Hayden being born. Ever since then Andrew has been the brother of the groom. He has often proven time and again that he is definitely the smarter older brother compared to the feral nature of Hayden. Since meeting Alexis, Hayden has become refined enough to act as the Niles Crane to Andrew's Frasier Crane.
Zachary Elkins
Groomsman
Zach made the fateful decision to ask Hayden to move into a rental house and out of the dorms on Columbus, MS. They started pilot training in the same class, but were separated halfway through. Zach still had to deal with Hayden at home between all his random hobbies and lack of knowledge of normal college party games. He corrected the second problem but also suffered from a long list of hobbies himself. Zach graduated before Hayden and was given a slot to Tinker AFB. Little did he know Hayden would be following him there just two months later. Not only that but they ended up in the same squadron. The assignment may not have been his first choice, but Zach ultimately discovered his female clone, Katherine, whom he EVENTUALLY married. Needless to say everyone else called it before they even started dating.
Will Ott
Groomsman
Will and Hayden met while stationed together at Tinker AFB. Hayden only discovered the wild nature of Will when they went on camping and mountain biking in the Ozarks. Hayden always thought he was fast, but he was quickly left in the dust by Will. They've been friends ever since.
Andy Shepardson
Groomsman
Andy and Hayden became friends while at Tinker. Andy and his then-fiancé Lindsey introduced both Hayden and Alexis to NHL hockey. During a weekend trip to Dallas, Hayden chose the Bruins to cheer them alongside Andy but Alexis chose the ones that won that game, the Stars.
Zach Kay

Zach and Hayden worked with each other on Tinker for a few years. They really became friends after a long work trip to the south Caribbean. They bonded over competitive nights playing Sushi Go with cappuccinos and long nights trying to shift their sleep schedules. Zach and his wife Ellen have been friends of Alexis and Hayden ever since they invited Hayden out the night he met up with Alexis for their second date on Halloween.
