There is a Bassmaster Classic event happening in Tulsa from the 22nd to the 24th. There are an approximated 60,000 patrons attending that event and it is being held at the BOK Center, which is near the downtown area. Parking may become an issue in the downtown area as well as traffic. If you are staying in the area it may be best to utilize services such as Uber or Lyft to get around and leave your car at the hotel.
Due to the nature of the venue, we are encouraging guests with children under 12 to leave them at home or with a babysitter. This doesn't mean we don't want kids to celebrate with us and will welcome those who do attend. However, we are liable for any damages to the historic property or any of the artwork and as such we are asking you to take that into consideration and be the judge of your own situation.
There is a free parking lot on site. The parking lot can be tight and oversized vehicles are encouraged to arrive a bit early to secure a non-parking garage spot. There is available parking for 170 vehicles which should be more than enough, please do not park in any reserved spots. If you plan to drink, we highly encourage you to utilize Lyft or Uber as they are prevalent around the area.

Short answer, no. Longer answer, they are at the same venue in different locations. The locations are close together but do require walking on uneven stone steps, so we suggest not wearing your tallest, skinniest heels.
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged and we will post photos from our professional photographer once they are ready. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to locate one of the QR codes posted around cocktail hour and the reception for a fun interactive photo opportunity.
