Happenings Around Tulsa

There is a Bassmaster Classic event happening from the 22nd to the 24th that will bring in approximately 60,000 extra patrons to the Tulsa Metro area. Please be advised to check traffic on map/direction apps to allow for any delays that may happen in transportation during the weekend. We also encourage you to make reservations for any special meals that you may want (Ex: brunch at a popular spot, dinner at a steakhouse, etc.). Monday should be minimal issues due to the timeframe of the event.

Construction Notice

If you are traveling from or through OKC to Tulsa along I-44/Turner Turnpike, please be aware that there are current construction efforts to widen the road from 2 lanes to 3. This may impact travel times due to construction zones and traffic backups. The link below leads to the project overview for specific construction locations along the route.

Transportation Around Tulsa

Uber and Lyft are prevalent throughout the city and should be available for any transportation needs.

Tulsa International Airport (KTUL)

This is the closest airport to the venue as it is in the same city.

Springfield-Branson National Airport (KSGF)

Springfield is about 2.5 hour's drive away from Tulsa, but the airport might be cheaper to fly into than Tulsa. Part of this drive is along I-44 which is a toll road.

Will Rogers World Airport (KOKC)

Oklahoma City is about 2 hour's drive away from Tulsa, but the airport might be cheaper to fly into than Tulsa. Keep in mind I-44 to Tulsa is a toll road.

This hotel is where we shall be hosting the rehearsal dinner on Sunday evening. This is also the hotel where the bridal parties shall be staying. We have a complimentary rate reserved, but this is on a first come, first served basis. The cutoff for this complimentary rate is February 18th, 2024.
