Please do not drive to our house. There is minimal street parking near our house as we live on quite a busy thoroughfare so please take an Uber, Lyft, or JUMP Transit -- there are plenty in Uptown Charlotte and around our neighborhood. That way, you don't have to worry about drinking and driving once the wedding has concluded.
Yes, the attire for our wedding is black tie. The theme is fancy garden party so bright colors are encouraged! Please no jeans. 😊
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, which begins at 6:30 p.m., so you can grab a glass of wine, mingle, and snag a good seat before the fun begins.
Please hold off on using your phone during the ceremony so we can all be present and enjoy this moment together. We promise that there will be plenty of time for photos after we've said, "I do!"
Yes! We're holding the ceremony in our backyard, one of our favorite places in North Carolina, so we recommend leaving your stilettos or otherwise-thin heels at home for the evening. The reception will be held at a restaurant down the street. We’ll provide transport from our house to the restaurant!
While we adore your babies, this is an adults-only party. We hope you'll take this as an opportunity to enjoy a weekend away and cut loose!
