Soph's big sister, and an ever present source of inspiration. Anna has led the way for the Hart siblings from the beginning. Sophie has copied her in a number of ways, from working at Dairy Queen (briefly for Sophie, in comparison to her sister's many dedicated summers), to majoring in Social Studies for Secondary Ed, to later going on to get a Masters degree in Public Policy from UM. I've always looked up to Anna and also am so glad to say she's one of my best friends. She's hilarious, down to earth, and so great to hang out with. Love you, sis! 🥰

Born three weeks apart, Emmeline and Sophie have been the best of friends their whole lives. Whether they're riding a tandem bike to the party store, dancing in the streets, or traipsing through the woods, Em and Soph have always found ample ways to have fun. Emmeline's passion to work towards a more equitable and just world, see the beauty in and around us, and be an active member of her community is an inspiration. Besties from Girl Scouts to Lord of the Rings and playing with our American Girl Dolls - Elizabeth and Sophie grew up down the road from each other, often cross country skiing or biking to each other's houses to hang out. Elizabeth's laugh is infectious, her intelligent and thoughtful analysis of life/literature/art is always insightful, and she's one of the most caring friends you could have. She's got a knack for writing music and has a beautiful voice, hopefully you'll be hearing it at the wedding!
Clare Koppin

Affectionately dubbed Gigglebox 1 by Sophie's brothers, Clare has been bringing the laughs since childhood. Sophie (aka Gigglebox 2) and Clare have known each other their whole lives and gone through many life milestones together. Their families went to the same church growing up, and Sophie and Clare spent many Sunday afternoons together, went camping together, graduated from Pioneer, and went on to go to Hope College together. Clare is an amazing teacher, creative soul, and has a goofy, spunky sense of humor and fun. Ask her about her latest knitting project(s)!
Tara Koebnick

Sophie and Tara met in the Peace Corps in Rwanda. They formed a lasting bond in their Kinyarwanda language class (the Abaestari 💫), got more than one matching outfit made, and hiked all over Rwanda together. Ever since, they've been adventuring together! Tara's big heart, kind spirit, and joy for life are obvious. She has an amazing way of bringing people together and always making you feel seen and heard. While she lives in Seattle and loves it, ask her about her home state of Montana, too!

Grace, niece to Sophie and daughter to Anna, is the oldest of the Erickson kids and of all the Hart nieces and nephews. She's hilarious, smart, creative, and a confident leader of her sibs. It is so special to be her aunt and to have gotten to hang out with her since she was a baby. Ask her about the books she's reading and Taylor Swift 😊

A parent's best friend pulling pranks from the shadows. Leland is a lovable musician with long flowing luscious locks of beautiful blonde hair. Leland and Isaac have been friends since their parents lived in Family Housing at U of M. Hundreds of miles apart for the past 15 years, nothing can stop them from staying close.

Friends since birth, the Martins and the Parks have spent countless hours camping and killing time all over Michigan. Evan is a close confidant and witty ally that is always up for spending a day on the river or the disc golf course. A brilliant human and an amazing friend.

Thick as thieves since kindergarten, Lincoln and Isaac are never bored. While I'm writing this I'm realizing I'm not even sure what we do half the time, but it’s always entertaining. Lincoln can turn a boring day into an instant memory by trying to build, create, or entrepreneur a simple task into a productive or hilarious endeavor.

Oldest cuz and appropriately so, Nathan is a gentleman and always a pleasure to be around. Besting his brother and Isaac at every sport known to man, he is always genuine and appreciative of life. Thinking about it, this guy could be one of the reasons why Isaac and Tim chose video games to practice at instead.

"It's TIM!, not Timmy!" he decided at the age of 8. Born 3 days apart and looking nothing alike, they are more similar than one can imagine. Every period of growth in Isaac and Tim's lives have been shared at some point or another. A talented multimedia artist, Tim creates brilliant music, beautiful paintings and fashionable personal garb. He and Isaac share a close bond that will transcend the observable world.

A love for football and a man of great heart. Noam will always be the true soul of the Dave, Don, Donna extended families. Marching around Camping Cousins he lifts peoples spirits, while simultaneously stealing sprite from their coolers. An avid kayaker, Noam knows no limits with his humor.
