Friday will be a planned Golf with the Groom - please let us know if you would like to join for a round!
If you don't feel like hiking, but would like to see the amazing views these mountain ranges have to offer - how about a nice gondola ride with a mid-ride stop for a coffee or cocktail? Heavenly Resort's gondola leaves from the middle of the restaurant/shopping area of South Lake Tahoe so it's an easy trip to get to it. Of note, they may also have some skiers/snowboarders this year if the snow sticks around! Want something more exciting? Checkout things like zip-lining, rock-climbing and more at Heavenly's website.
Great spot for all your favorite outdoor activities, from marveling at the views to hiking to sunny yourself on the beach next to an old Viking-styled castle. Of note the beach here is a bit of a hike to get to and parking can be very limited so arrive early or plan on touring it by boat
Enjoy the best thing Lake Tahoe has to offer - THE LAKE! At the Beach Retreat and Lodge there is a Tiki bar on the beach next to a large stretch of soft sandy beach and refreshingly cool water. Just down the pier next to the Boathouse restaurant is a boat rental where you can rent jet skis, paddle boards, SUP boards and even a private boat ride!
If you have a free night not filled with wedding activities, consider a sunset boat ride or cruise on the famous M.S. Dixie II or check out some of the more intimate boat cruises that leave from South Lake Tahoe itself
Be sure to check out the Stateliine area - commonly referred to as the Stateline Corridor for excellent restaurants, shopping, casinos and more! This time of year they are also hosting several concerts and shows at the nearby casinos for those that might be interested/planning an extended stay.
