Welcome Party

8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Please join us to kick off the weekend with drinks and hors d'oeuvres! Can't wait to see you! ATTIRE “Yacht Club Casual" attire. For men, khaki or similar pants and button-down shirts are appropriate; jackets are optional. For women, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or jumpsuits are recommended. Please see FAQs for details. TRANSPORTATION To make getting to and from the welcome party easy, we’ve arranged trolley transportation from our hotel blocks. Departures to Welcome Party: • 8:00 PM – Pick-up at Point Pleasant Manor • 8:15 PM – Pick-up at The Bentley Inn Return Transportation: • 10:30 PM – Trolleys will depart the welcome party and return guests to both The Bentley Inn and Point Pleasant Manor We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure a smooth and timely departure. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

THE CEREMONY Please join us in The Boat House (the Dale Building) for our wedding ceremony. The location is a short walk across a dock and over a bridge from the main clubhouse. Please arrive by 5PM. COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION Immediately following the ceremony, please make your way back to the main clubhouse for cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing. Format attire is requested (see FAQs for details). TRANSPORTATION Shuttles will be provided to the Ceremony & Reception at Bay Head Yacht Club: - 4:15 PM departure from The Bentley Inn - 4:30 PM departure from Point Pleasant Manor Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before departure, as shuttles will leave promptly. Shuttles will remain on-site following the ceremony to transport guests who prefer not to walk from the Dale Building to the main clubhouse. Return Transportation: Shuttles will begin departing BHYC at 11:00 PM Service will run to The Bentley Inn and Point Pleasant Manor, with a stop at The Ark afterparty.

Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual attire. No denim allowed.
