There will be transportation provided to and from the The Mar Monte Hotel. Pick-up at 3:15pm in the "Costa Parking Lot" see the hotel's front desk if you have trouble finding it. The shuttle will return guests at 9pm & 10pm. The shuttle will also be returning guests to the hotel from the after party at 1am.
The Welcome Event is open for all guests of the wedding and will take place Friday night, March 31st, at Topa Topa Brewing Co. The couple will be there to greet out of town and local guests alike! The after party is at Studio Sound Room - a fun disco bar that we will have to ourselves! Open to all guests. We will walk from the venue since it's right around the corner. The day after the wedding, the couple invites anyone who wants to join for a chill beach day at Santa Claus Beach in Carpinteria, CA. See the Schedule tab for more information about these events.
Although Harrison & Caitlin love kids (I mean come on, the bride is a pediatric nurse), they politely request that you leave your little ones at home for the wedding. Don't forget, it's OPEN BAR!
There are two "pay by station" parking lots next to the venue. The Garden Street Lot (Visitors Center) and the Palm Park Lot. Neither of these lots allow overnight parking and if you plan to attend the after party, we do not recommend parking in these lots as they will close before 1am. There are plenty of Ubers & Lyfts at all hours in Santa Barbara.
There will be gluten free, lactose free, and vegan options available. Any additional allergies, please let us know when you RSVP!
It’s picturesque spring weather in Santa Barbara right now, but the temperatures do drop at night so we recommend packing a light jacket or warm sweater. The reception is "indoors", but there is a large sliding door that will be open to the outside. The ceremony will take place outside on a grassy lawn, so please consider shoe choice as it has been raining a ton here lately! And anyone planning to come to the after party should also strongly consider bringing comfortable shoes they can dance all night long in :)
The couple's registry is available on Zola. Although they appreciate physical gifts, they do want guests to keep in mind that they don't have a permanent address for gifts to be sent, since they are still traveling from city to city as Caitlin works as a travel nurse.
