It’s happening!

Harrison & Caitlin (Cat, as many know her) met at a Boston bar, hanging out with their mutual college friends during a 90s themed night. Harrison famously told Cat to close her eyes and "dance like no one is watching". Eager to impress, she closed her eyes. Next thing she knew, he was dipping her head straight into a high top bar table. Ouch. But I guess the rest is history?

Harrison & Cat were in Beacon, NY for a friends wedding. He had wanted to propose on a scenic hike with a nice view of the fall foliage…. but the blisters on Cat’s feet from dancing the night before had no intentions of a hike. Since Harrison had friends and family waiting to surprise Cat in Central Park to celebrate the engagement, he had no choice but to pop the question on the way to the train station back into the city. And that is exactly what he did. Pretending to put his sweatshirt back in his bag, he got on a knee, and the next thing Cat knew, there was a ring in her face! Followed by many “whats happening what’s happening what’s happening” ’s from Cat... came the words “ITS HAPPENING” from Harrison. Did she even say the word yes? They can’t remember.
