We cannot wait to celebrate with you! Please review the following popular questions and answers. If you have any specific questions not addressed here, please reach out to the bride or groom.
Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Ceremony: 5:00pm Cocktail hour: 5:15-6:15pm Introductions, First Dance: 6:15pm Dinner: 6:30pm Cake Cutting: 7:45pm Dancing: 8:00-10:30pm

Question

Where and when is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at the "MJR Homestead", as we lovingly call it. Our long-time family friends, Will Meeker and Analee Johnson, have generously offered to host our celebration at their home. The address is 3916 Gehman Rd. Macungie, PA, 18062. Parking at the venue property will only be for bridal party members and those guests with mobility or accessibility needs who have made prior arrangements with the bride and groom.

Question

Where will we park?

Answer

Bridal party, immediate family, and individuals with mobility or accessibility needs will park in the driveway. Anyone parking in the driveway will need prior approval from the bride or groom. All other guests will park at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, regardless of whether you book a room at Bear Creek or not. A shuttle bus will be provided for guests before the ceremony (3:45pm and 4:15pm) and after the reception (8:30pm and 10:45pm). Anyone who misses the shuttle bus or chooses not to take advantage may choose to park in the nearby development overflow parking lot on Gehman Rd and walk to the venue (about 8 minutes). The last shuttle bus for guests will leave promptly at 10:45pm to return to Bear Creek. No guests will be permitted to remain at the venue property after 10:45pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all our guests to come dressed for a garden party. Be aware that you will be mostly walking on grass and uneven ground, and since it is the first day of summer, it will be hot. The party will also continue after dark, so come prepared for that, as well.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

There ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Guests using the shuttle bus from Bear Creek Mountain Resort should plan to catch the 3:45 bus or the 4:15 bus in order to arrive on time. Guests parking at the venue property (with prior arrangements made with the bride and groom) should plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm to allow enough time to direct you to the ceremony location.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be held outdoors, rain or shine.

Question

Will there be bathrooms available?

Answer

Yes. There will be a bathroom trailer with handwashing facilities available in the driveway for guests. Only bridal party members and individuals with mobility or accessibility needs will be able to use the bathroom inside the house.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony itself. This allows everyone to be fully present in the moment and ensures that the professional photographer and videographer can capture everything beautifully without distraction. That said, sharing photos on social media is absolutely welcomed and encouraged—just not during the ceremony. Feel free to take and post photos during the reception and other parts of the day! When you do, please be sure to share using the provided QR code or tag the Bride and Groom so they can enjoy all the wonderful memories you’ve captured. 📸💕 Thank you for helping us honor this special request! Question

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will depart to take photos at a secondary location. Upon our return, we will take group photos with family before we make our grand entrance and do our first dance. The buffet style dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

Question

What type of food and drinks will be provided during the reception?

Answer

Our cocktail hour and reception will feature self-serve alcoholic craft cocktails, beer, and seltzers as well as non-alcoholic drinks like water, soda, and juice. There will chips and various dips provided as an appetizer. For dinner, K'town Pub (a favorite local small business) is catering our wedding reception. They will be serving smoked pulled chicken and smoked pulled pork, sandwich buns, BBQ sauces, homemade baked beans, and homemade mac n cheese. We are also providing a tossed salad, macaroni salad, fruit and veggie trays. Dessert will include coffee, tea, homemade cookies and cupcakes from skilled private bakers. No seafood products will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. A meal will be provided to you to accommodate for any restrictions.

Question

I can't attend the ceremony in person. Will there be a virtual celebration?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be sharing our celebration virtually. For MN family, we will celebrate with you specifically at the reunion in July 2026. For all others, we are sad that you won't be able to join us, but we love you and look forward to celebrating the next time we see you!

Question

What is the best way to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The best way to RSVP is here on Zola. It will help us easily track how many people are excited to celebrate with us. If you need help, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom! Please be sure to RSVP by May 15th, 2026. This will allow us enough time to confirm with our vendors.

Question

Are plus-ones and children allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We ask that only guests specifically named on your invitation RSVP for the ceremony and reception. Please reach out to the bride or groom individually about any additional guests.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Our entire registry is linked here on Zola, with a few items linked directly to Amazon or Target. We do not have many physical items on our registry, but have several funds that you can contribute to (honeymoon, first house, etc)

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

We do not expect anything from you other than your presence, so do not feel obligated. If you still would like to gift us something, you are welcome to contribute to our registry; or, you can bring the physical item with you and leave it with our amazing wedding coordinator, Samantha, to keep safe for us to open when we can. Thank you!

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

We anticipate the reception ending around 10:30pm, with the final shuttle bus for guests departing at 10:45pm. No guests are permitted to be on the venue property after 10:45.

Question

Will there be options to stay overnight?

Answer

All guests will have the option to book a room at nearby hotels which have been listed under the Travel section of our wedding website. The closest hotel is Bear Creek Mountain Resort, which is 4.5 miles from the venue property and also where the shuttle bus will pick up and drop off guests.
