This event is outdoors in grass. The dress code is cocktail/garden party.
The ceremony will be short. Guests will standing around the ceremony site, except for individuals with mobility/accessibility challenges or elderly guests who will be provided seats as necessary. Parking will be off-site except for bridal party, immediate family, and individuals with mobility or accessibility challenges. Guests are asked to park at Bear Creek Mountain Resort and take advantage of the shuttle bus provided, with pick up times at 3:45pm and 4:15pm. Please be prompt! If you miss the shuttle, there is an overflow parking lot for the nearby development further down Gehman Rd, which will be a short 8 minute walk back to the house.

The event is outdoor in grass. The attire is cocktail/garden party.
Cocktail hour will take place from 5:15-6:15pm while we take photos off-site and with family. Snacks and self-serve alcohol will be provided. K'Town Pub will be serving smoked meats and various small plate options for dinner starting at 6:30pm. Additional food options will be provided as well. Chairs and tables are provided, and canopy tents will be set up for shade. Cornhole and other games will be available! A DJ will be in charge of the music throughout the evening. There will be bug spray available for after the sun goes down. Since the ceremony and reception is taking place on a private property, there will be a restroom trailer available for all guests. Bridal party members and elderly or guests with mobility/accessibility challenges will be permitted to use bathrooms inside the house if needed. The shuttle return trips will be scheduled for 8:30pm and 10:45pm to return to Bear Creek Mountain Resort. No guests will be permitted to remain at the venue property after 10:45pm.
