Truckee River Rafting
One of our favorite things to do in Tahoe during the summer is floating the Truckee river. Bring a beer or a hard-seltzer and take 2 hours, or 4, and relax!
Vikingsholm
One of the prettiest places on the lake. Madison's favorite as it lies in the nesting burrow of Emerald Bay. Complete with waterfalls from the snow runoff and great hikes with beautiful views. The surrounding mountains make it feel like a big warm hug. There is so much to explore here! Go check it out!
Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park
Dominic's favorite place to take Madison filled with wild life and exciting walks along the beach. Sometimes you can come across a bear behind the historical Sugar Pine mansion.
Crystal Bay Casino
Our favorite place to go and be adults while in Tahoe is at the Crystal Bay Casino. This dingy little casino holds a lot of memories for us from playing a few hands of Black Jack from time to time to just sitting and enjoying each other's company over an adult beverage.
Sand Harbor Beach
If you're looking for a picture-esque quest, this beach has it all. From a beautiful amphitheater to beautiful rocks to climb over and a wonderful beach to sit on. We're a month too early, but if you love it so much, you can come back for their Shakespeare on the Lake performances that they do every summer!
