Invitations are in the mail. We require RSVPs by November 24 in order to confirm final counts with our vendors.
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Formal Evening Wear: Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, and so are dark suits and elevated cocktail attire. Yes, please note allergies when you RSVP - there will be a designated comments section. We will then notify the caterer and baker.
Yes, parking at the chapel will be available for the duration of the ceremony (lawn only). There is also a parking lot beside the tasting room. Vehicles will need to be moved from the chapel to the parking lot after the ceremony. A shuttle will be provided after the ceremony from the chapel to the reception at the Grand Hall for those who didn't drive or who parked in the lot and walked to the chapel. Overnight parking in the lot is permitted. Vehicles may be picked up the next day between 11am and 5pm (the gate is locked outside of these hours).
Yes, a shuttle will be provided to and from Hilton Garden Inn (see Schedule page for timing).
We would prefer guests not bring children under six years old.
We have a specific guest list due to limited space. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Please do not arrive at the Chapel prior to 4pm, as we will be taking photos there before the ceremony. The winery tasting room will, however, be open 11am-5pm.
