We will be welcoming guests who traveled for the wedding. Light fare and drinks provided. Parking is available in the lot below Three Notch’d.
3:15 pm - 3:30 pm
The shuttle will depart at 3:30pm.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Formal Evening Wear: Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, and so are dark suits and elevated cocktail attire.
Please do not arrive at the chapel prior to 4pm, as we will be taking photos before the ceremony. See FAQs tab for additional information on attire and for parking details.
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

5:30-6:30pm: Cocktail Hour in the Reserve Room 6:30-10:30pm: Toasts, Dinner, Cake, Dancing, & Photo Booth in the Grand Hall Ballroom 10:30pm: Sparkler Sendoff in the Courtyard The shuttle will pickup guests at 9pm and 10:30pm to return to Hilton Garden Inn Charlottesville. The 9pm shuttle is optional if guests wish to depart before the sparkler sendoff. However, the shuttle has enough room to accommodate all guests at 10:30pm.
