We’ll be gathering at the May Gallery inside the Vilar Performing Arts Center for an evening of delicious food, warm conversation, and time together before the big day. Ceremony

We invite guests to dress in polished mountain formal attire. Ladies are asked to wear long dresses, gowns, or formal ensembles with covered legs. Fall and winter colors are encouraged to complement the season and setting. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or tailored, non-demin trousers, with a jacket or sport coat. No jeans, please. Western hats are welcome. There are approximately 15 parking spaces located just above the chapel. Additional parking can be found at Gerald R. Ford Hall parking garage on the left just before you get to the chapel.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a beautiful patio overlooking the mountains, with passed hors d’oeuvres and music to enjoy as the sun starts to dip. It’s a relaxed, scenic moment to mingle, take in the views, and ease into the evening before dinner.
Reception
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We will provide transportation from the Chapel to the Reception venue via the Beaver Creek Shuttle. Guests can utilize the Village Connect app to request a shuttle ride back to their hotel after the reception. For those driving, the Charter offers free parking for the reception and $40 for overnight parking. Please check in at the front desk to receive a parking pass.
