Bus Pickup/Dropoff for the Wedding

If you previously signed up for bus pick up and/or drop off, please see the below details! The buses pick up at 3pm at Tru Hotel and leave promptly at 3:10pm. The buses will then pick up at 3:15pm at SpringHill Suites and leave promptly at 3:20pm to head to the venue! **Please be mindful that the buses will not wait past these times as we want them to get to the venue on time with Friday traffic. In the event that you miss the bus, we recommend Uber or Lyft as there are usually drivers in the area near these hotels** Tru Hotel: 44732 Endicott Drive, Ashburn, VA SpringHill Suites: 20065 Lakeview Center Plaza, Ashburn, VA The buses will pick up from the venue at 10:45 PM, with one small earlier bus at 9:15pm. The buses will drop off at City Tap (after party), then Tru Hotel (one block from after-party) and then at the SpringHill Suites.

IAD

IAD (Dulles) airport is the easiest and closest airport about 15 minutes from the recommended hotels. A second option is DCA (Reagan) airport in Washington, DC about 40 minutes from the recommended hotels.

We have a room block at this hotel under “The Appel Wedding”! This hotel is a great option. It is across the main road from One Loudoun shops and dining. A 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. This hotel is in the heart of One Loudoun. You will be able to walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, and theater. Top Golf is across the street and walkable as well.

This hotel is closest to the airport, but furthest from the venue, so please keep in mind when driving to the wedding with Friday afternoon traffic. This is conveniently located option in regards to driving proximity to One Loudoun, downtown historic Leesburg, and the drive to the wedding venue. This is a resort, not just a hotel like the other options, so if you would prefer a spa, golfing, etc., this would be a great place for you!

This resort is further away, but if you are looking for an impeccable, 5-star accommodation with an incredible spa in the heart of downtown Middleburg, then this is the place for you! Keep in mind that ubers are few and far between in this area, so definitely recommend to have a car!
