The room block is for 9/5-9/7, please reserve as many nights as needed. Check-in time is 3pm. Guests can always call and ask if their room is ready before the check-in time of 3pm, but there is no guarantee. They encourage anyone who needs to be in a room before 3pm to make it to our wedding, to book a room a day in advance. This room block expires on August 22nd, 2025. Please make sure to book beforehand to ensure room block rate and room availability. The hotel created a rate for our wedding, there is no additional discount code when booking. Booking includes complimentary hot breakfast buffet, 24-hour fitness center, and swimming pool. Standard King: $150 per night + tax Queen/Queen: $150 per night + tax Double Queen Suite: $200 + tax King Suite: $180 + tax

Shuttle from The Holiday Inn Express Hotel to Ceremony

A large charter bus will be at the Holiday Inn express to pick up for the Ceremony. If the bus is full they will make another trip prior to the ceremony. Due to the size of the bus, they are unable to drive down the driveway where the ceremony is being held. Please wear appropriate shoes to walk down a gravel driveway, we'd hate for you to sprain an ankle :)

A shuttle will run guests from the ceremony to the reception until all guests are there. If cocktail hour has not yet started, enjoy a cocktail at any local bar prior to the reception starting! One O One Bar & Grill is walking distance from our reception.
