You may click the link below to book online or guests may call the hotel directly and mention the Goodchild-Becker Wedding. Enter in the dates you wish to book for and the 'Goodchild-Becker Wed' rate will automatically apply. The entire hotel is blocked and the shuttle will only be running to/from this hotel. The room block is for 9/5-9/7, please reserve as many nights as needed. Check-in time is 3pm. Guests can always call and ask if their room is ready before the check-in time of 3pm, but there is no guarantee. They encourage anyone who needs to be in a room before 3pm to make it to our wedding, to book a room a day in advance. Keep in mind our shuttle will only run to the ceremony at 2:30PM. This room block expires on August 22nd, 2025. Please make sure to book beforehand to ensure room block rate and room availability. The hotel created a rate for our wedding, there is no additional discount code when booking. Booking includes complimentary hot breakfast buffet, 24-hour fitness center, and swimming pool. Standard King: $150 per night + tax Queen/Queen: $150 per night + tax Double Queen Suite: $200 + tax King Suite: $180 + tax

Shuttle from The Holiday Inn Express Hotel to Ceremony

September 6, 2025 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

A large charter bus will be at the Holiday Inn express to pick up for the Ceremony. There will be two shuttles that leave at 2:30PM. Guests will arrive to the ceremony by 3:00PM. Due to the size of the bus, they are unable to drive down the driveway where the ceremony is being held. Please wear appropriate shoes to walk down a gravel driveway, we'd hate for you to sprain an ankle :)

Shuttle From Ceremony to Reception at Keyes Peak Ski Lodge

A shuttle will run guests from the ceremony to the reception until all guests are there. If cocktail hour has not yet started, enjoy a cocktail at any local bar prior to the reception starting! One O One Bar & Grill is walking distance from our reception.
