Dress code is casual, western attire. Cowboy boots & sun dresses are encouraged! Please dress for the weather as the ceremony will be held outside.
In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place at the pavilion across from the Keyes Peak Ski Lodge. The shuttle will then drop off there! We are hopeful to have the ceremony & cocktail hour outdoors. So please plan and dress accordingly.
Due to limited space and a head count for food, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will be under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.
After the ceremony please take as many photos and videos as you'd like! However, we are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras).
If your kid's name(s) are on the list when you RSVP, they are more than welcome to attend. As much as we would love for all children to be present, we have a limited number of guests that can fit. We hope you understand and enjoy the night as a date night!
If you do not plan to utilize the hotel and shuttle service, we ask you to please park at the top of the drive at the listed address for the ceremony. Please keep in mind the driveway to walk down to get to the ceremony is gravel when you are picking out your cutest heels :) If you do plan to utilize the shuttle, we will have transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, transportation from the ceremony to the reception, and transportation from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night.
Yes! We will have a shuttle running from the hotel listed under the 'travel' tab in Iron Mountain to the wedding. There will be 2 shuttles prior to the ceremony and both will leave at 2:30PM. The shuttle will also transport guests from the wedding to the reception. If there is inclement weather, the wedding will be at the pavilion across the street from the reception and no shuttle will be needed following the ceremony to attend the reception.
Yes, vehicles can be left at Keyes Peak overnight the night of the wedding. Please utilize the shuttle if you have drank too much to drive.
