Things to do in Boulder and Escalante:
-Stop by Kiva Koffeehouse and relax by the Escalante River.
-Adventurous hikers could do Lower Calf Creek Falls, but it's recommended to get a very early start — the hike is about 6 miles round trip that leads to a beautiful 126-foot waterfall.
-Stick around Boulder and visit the Anasazi State Park Museum.
-Hell's Backbone Grill is hosting the Boulder Community Market again this year, which is Saturday from 9 am-12 pm.
-Drive down the Burr Trail and meander around the Long Canyon Slot (aka Singing Canyon). You could also walk down the Deer Creek trail on the way back.
-Relax on the Boulder Mountain Lodge property! Sit on the balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary, play yard games on the lawn, and enjoy the outdoor hot tub.
