Boulder is fairly high in elevation, so it could get chilly after dark!
Join us for a low-key welcome event on the grounds of Boulder Mountain Lodge the night before the wedding. We'll chat, roast some s'mores, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Ceremony

The ceremony will be held in a grassy area near a pond and bird sanctuary. Please be seated by 4:20 pm.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
We'll all hang out around the lodge's pool area and ceremony area with some delicious hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
Dinner and Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
A farm-fresh dinner from Hell's Backbone Grill. -Blue ribbon black powder biscuits with sage butter and homemade jam -Award-winning house salad with farm lettuce, toasted pepitas, super sweet dehydrated corn, farm fruit, and agave-chile vinaigrette -Teacup of pumpkin apple soup Entrees: -Bison Braise: New Mexico bison slow-cooked with tomatoes and farm greens, served with green chile polenta & organic veggies -Trout 'N Herbs: Crispy, skin-on steelhead trout with lemon beurre blanc, served with parsley'd jasmine rice & organic veggies -Chicken Jenchilada (a bit spicy!): Chicken, cilantro & jack cheese enchiladas in a spicy habanero corn cream sauce, served with cilantro-pepita green rice & organic veggies -Pumpkin & Gruyère Tamales: Farm pumpkin & gruyère tamales with red chile pecan sauce, served with cilantro-pepita green rice & organic veggies Kids: Carrots with Ranch, choice of Boulder Folder, Oodles of Noodles, Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, Rice & Bean with Fruit or Veggies
