Falls Park

131 East Falls Park Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

There is PLENTY to do in Sioux Falls, but why not get started with it's namesake -- Falls Park. The Falls rest in the heart of Downtown Sioux Falls, where you will find enough small businesses, activities, and fun food to keep you entertained for a day or two!

Western South Dakota

Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, SD

A question we've received from many of our out-of-towners (which is pretty much everyone), "Can I visit Mount Rushmore when I come to your wedding?" The answer is yes, IF you're willing to drive 6ish hours to the opposite side of the state to experience it. The western side of South Dakota is home to many historic attractions, but we do want to preface that summer is the BUSY season. If you do intend to travel there we recommend you plan ahead, some national and/or state attractions may have specific requirements that need to be accounted for months in advance. PLUS, the drive is very desolate (no we're not kidding, it is hours with little to zero gas stations, bathrooms, and people). However, don't let this deter you from enjoying what South Dakota best known for! We just want to encourage safe, smart travels :) A travel guide to this region can be found below!
