Can I bring a plus one?

We've extended plus-one invitations to select guests. If you don't see this option on your RSVP but believe it applies to your situation, we'd love to hear from you—please reach out and we'll be happy to consider your request.

We're keeping our celebration intimate by inviting only children of our immediate family and close friends. We completely understand if this means you're unable to join us, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love to hear from you! Please RSVP by May 1st using the 'RSVP' tab on this website. Since we're going digital, your online response is all we need.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

At this time we are anticipating the ceremony to start at 4:30 P.M.. We ask guests begin to arrive at 3:45 P.M.-4 P.M. giving ample time to find their seats and visit amongst one another.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony. We've invested in professional photography to capture every moment, and we'd love for you to be fully present with us to experience it firsthand. Of course, if an emergency arises, please feel free to step out and handle it discreetly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We're committed to ensuring all our guests can enjoy the celebration safely. While we're still finalizing specific allergy accommodations with our caterer, we'd love to work with you to find the perfect solution. Please reach out to us directly so we can discuss your needs and make the necessary arrangements.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We'll be offering a full-service bar with reasonably priced drinks available for purchase by card. Since Madison lacks ride-share services and public transportation, we encourage you to plan your transportation ahead of time and to drink responsibly. Please note that we're not responsible for actions taken while intoxicated or for arranging your return to your accommodations.
